Yes. Send us a Loom with your brief, covering things like UI design, branding, additional pages, paywalls or memberships, or advanced web animations, and we'll quote it.

For website projects: 50% to start, 25% once design is approved, and the final 25% at handover. For other projects: 50% to start and 50% on completion. A 10% discount applies to all plans for registered non-profits and student-led organizations.

Basic CMS covers simple structures like team members, locations, and categorized blog posts. Advanced CMS covers sorting, filtering, external CMS connections, or more complex data relationships. If your site needs the full build but a simple CMS, we'll deduct the difference from your price, just raise it before we start.

A studio, deliberately. We're small and mostly remote, we don't outsource our work, and we keep a close relationship with every client we work with, on a partner basis rather than a vendor one.

We cap ourselves at no more than three concurrent one-off projects and three on-demand clients at any time. That's a deliberate limit, so every project gets the attention it deserves instead of competing for our time.

Yes, through our retainer service. There's no fixed price because every business needs a different level of ongoing support; we'll talk through what you actually need and agree a fair monthly rate.

Mostly, you'll be working directly with Phil Moore, a full-stack designer with over a decade of experience across agencies, non-profits, and SaaS companies worldwide. Depending on workload, we may bring in a trusted network of designers and developers for specific tasks, but Phil remains your single point of contact and reviews every piece of work before it reaches you.

You'll get a personalised Basecamp workspace to track your project, upload files, add team members, and stay in touch, all in one place. We typically respond within the same business day, occasionally up to 24 hours depending on workload and time zones. Email, Instagram, Twitter DM, or the chat on this site all work too.
